CO-DESIGN THINKING

Following a sharing of all the processes and steps making up the Fattoria Dei Talenti service, a phase of co-design thinking was carried out with the partners and managers of the company , in order to immediately build the processes as imagined and redesigned by the group.

POC

Once the set of flows and the expected deliverables had been precisely defined, the assembly of the different modules (already present) of the platform was carried out, to give life to the desired customization. The entire cycle managed on a ready-made and solidly available infrastructural basis allowed a record time to market in consideration of HCM solutions on average offered by the market.

BETA TEST VALIDATION

4 – The next steps of Fattoria Dei Talenti

The customers acquired in the MPI sector in the short term have allowed Fattoria Dei Talenti to already evaluate the evolution of the sector and the possible new scenarios to which it can adapt.

Specifically, with a few dozen customers acquired in the first months in “multiclient” mode, Fattoria Dei Talenti was able to ascertain that the common denominator of the services requested was practically always the same as the initially estimated platform setup .
